CANCELLATION POLICY

Out of respect for our providers’ time, we ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 36 hours in advance. Appointments canceled with less than 36 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit and a 20% cancellation fee. Please contact me if you need to cancel—as long as there is communication before the appointment, I generally will not charge a fee. No call no show will result in fee not being waived.
